كِتَابُ الْأَيْمَانِ وَالنُّذُورِ وَالْكَفَّارَاتِ What they said about a man gifting his wealth or his slave
مَا قَالُوا فِي الرَّجُلِ يُهْدِي مَالَهُ أَوْ غُلَامَهُ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 12350
Hazrat Hassan says that if a person vows to give his house as a gift, then he has to pay the expiation of an oath.
حضرت حسن فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر کوئی شخص اپنا گھر ہدیہ کرنے کی نذر مان لے تو اسے قسم کا کفارہ دینا ہوگا۔
Hazrat Hassan farmate hain keh agar koi shakhs apna ghar hadiya karne ki nazar maan le to usay qasam ka kaffara dena hoga
وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ جَامِعِ بْنِ أَبِي رَاشِدٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، فِي الرَّجُلِ يُهْدِي دَارَهُ ، قَالَ : « كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ »
