Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 12591
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The intention of the one who swears an oath is considered."
حضرت ابوہریرہ سے مروی ہے کہ حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : قسم میں قسم اٹھوانے والی کی نیت کا اعتبار ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah se marvi hai keh Huzoor Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya: Qasam mein qasam uthwane wale ki niyyat ka aitbaar hai.
يَزِيدُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ : « الْيَمِينُ عَلَى نِيَّةِ الْمُسْتَحْلِفِ »
