كِتَابُ الْحَجِّ Regarding the Muhrim if he squeezes, touches, or engages in foreplay
فِي الْمُحْرِمِ إِذَا غَمَزَ أَوْ لَمَسَ أَوْ بَاشَرَ

Hazrat Ata says that there is nothing wrong with touching or feeling one's wife once from behind the clothes in Muharram. If one touches and feels her multiple times, then there is a penalty for it.
حضرت عطائ فرماتے ہیں محرم کا کپڑے کے پیچھے سے بیوی کو ایک بار چھونا یا ٹٹولنا اس پر تو کچھ نہیں ہے اگر کئی بار چھوئے اور ٹٹولے تو اس پر دم ہے۔
Hazrat Ataa farmate hain muharram ka kapre ke peeche se biwi ko aik bar chhona ya tatolna is par to kuchh nahin hai agar kai bar chhue aur tatole to is par dum hai.
أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، « فِي اللَّمْسَةِ وَالْجَسَّةِ مِنْ وَرَاءِ الثَّوْبِ لَيْسَ فِيهَا شَيْءٌ ، وَفِي جَسَّاتٍ وَمَسَّاتٍ دَمٌ »
