كِتَابُ الْحَجِّ Concerning the man who performs Umrah in one month and it overlaps into another month
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَعْتَمِرُ فِي الشَّهْرِ فَتَدْخُلُ فِي غَيْرِهِ عُمْرَتُهُ

Hazrat Ata says that his Umrah will be in the same month in which he assumed Ihram.
حضرت عطائ فرماتے ہیں کہ اس کا عمرہ اس مہینہ میں ہوگا جس میں اس نے احرام باندھا تھا۔
Hazrat Ataa farmate hain ke is ka umrah is mahine mein hoga jis mein us ne ehram bandha tha.
أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ : « عُمْرَتُهُ فِي الشَّهْرِ الَّذِي أَحْرَمَ فِيهِ »
