كِتَابُ الْحَجِّ

Concerning the person in a state of Ihram who is prevented, and those who say that once he sacrifices his offering he becomes permissible

‌فِي الْمُحْصَرِ مَنْ كَانَ يَقُولُ: إِذَا ذَبَحَ هَدْيَهُ حَلَّ

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 13862

Hazrat Ali (R.A) said regarding the sacrificial animal that is set free for sacrifice, that (the Prophet PBUH) should send guidance with it and when it is slaughtered, then the restrictions of Ihram should be lifted.

حضرت علقمہ محصر کے متعلق فرماتے ہیں کہ وہ ھدی بھیج دے اور جب وہ ذبح ہوجائے تو احرام کھول دے۔

Hazrat Alqama muhassir ke mutaliq farmate hain ke woh hadi bhej de aur jab woh zibah hojae to ehram khol de.

أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ ، وَأَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ ، فِي الْمُحْصَرِ قَالَ : « يَبْعَثُ بِهَدْيِهِ فَإِذَا ذُبِحَ حَلَّ » حَدَّثَنَا
