Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 14069
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abbas that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) designated Muzdalifah as the place of stay for the people of the East.
حضرت ابن عباس سے مروی ہے کہ حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے مشرق والوں کے لیے مقام عقیق میقات مقرر فرمایا۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas se marvi hai keh Huzoor Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne Mashriq walon ke liye Muqam Aqiq miqat muqarrar farmaya.
أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : « وَقَّتَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لِأَهْلِ الْمَشْرِقِ الْعَقِيقَ »
