Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 14463
It is narrated on the authority of Abdullah ibn Abi Qatadah that Abu Qatadah was with some people who were in the state of Ihram, while he himself was not in the state of Ihram. They saw a wild donkey, and his companions did not make any gesture towards the donkey, but he himself saw it. So he took the whip of one of them and chased it away, then he slaughtered it and ate from it and also carried its meat with him. Then when they met the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), they asked him about it. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked, "Did any of you make a gesture towards this game?" The people said, "No." He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Then eat from it."
حضرت عبداللہ بن ابو قتادہ سے مروی ہے کہ حضرت ابو قتادہ احرام والے لوگوں کے ساتھ تھے اور وہ خود محرم نہ تھے، ان کے ساتھیوں نے جنگلی گدھا دیکھا، ان کے ساتھیوں نے گدھے کی طرف نشاندہی نہ کی لیکن انھوں نے خود اسے دیکھ لیا۔ پس انھوں نے ان میں سے بعض کا کوڑا اٹھایا اور اس کو پچھاڑ دیا، پھر انھوں نے اس کو کھایا اور اپنے ساتھ اس کا گوشت اٹھا بھی لیا، پھر ان کی رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے ملاقات ہوئی تو انھوں نے اس کے متعلق آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے دریافت کیا ؟ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے پوچھا کہ کیا تم میں سے کسی نے اس شکار کی طرف اشارہ کیا تھا ؟ لوگوں نے عرض کیا کہ نہیں، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا کہ پھر اس میں سے کھاؤ۔
Hazrat Abdullah bin Abu Qatadah se marvi hai ki Hazrat Abu Qatadah ehram walon ke sath thay aur woh khud muhrim na thay, un ke sathion ne jangli gadha dekha, un ke sathion ne gadhe ki taraf ishara na ki lekin unhon ne khud ise dekh liya. Pas unhon ne un mein se baz ka kora uthaya aur is ko pichara diya, phir unhon ne is ko khaya aur apne sath is ka gosht utha bhi liya, phir un ki Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se mulaqat hui to unhon ne is ke mutalliq aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se daryaft kiya ? Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne pucha ki kya tum mein se kisi ne is shikar ki taraf ishara kiya tha ? Logon ne arz kiya ki nahin, aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya ki phir is mein se khao.
أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، وَأَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ رُفَيْعٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ قَالَ : كَانَ أَبُو قَتَادَةَ فِي نَفَرٍ مُحْرِمِينَ وَأَبُو قَتَادَةَ مُحِلٌّ ، فَرَأَى أَصْحَابُهُ حِمَارًا وَحْشِيًّا ، فَلَمْ يُؤْذُوهُ حَتَّى أَبْصَرَهُ ، فَاخْتَلَسَ مِنْ بَعْضِهِمْ سَوْطًا فَصَرَعَهُ ، فَأَكَلُوا وَحَمَلُوا مِنْهُ ، فَلَقُوا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَسَأَلُوهُ فَقَالَ : « هَلْ أَشَارَ إِلَيْهِ أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ ؟» قَالُوا : لَا قَالَ : « فَكُلُوا »
