كِتَابُ الْحَجِّ Concerning the man who performs Hajj on behalf of another, and has some excess funds
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَحُجُّ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ، فَيَفْضُلُ مَعَهُ الْفَضْلَةُ

Hazrat Hassan says that if a person performs Hajj on behalf of another person and other people also want to join him, then he should tell them to join if they agree, otherwise, he should return (the money).
حضرت حسن فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر ایک آدمی دوسرے کی طرف سے حج کرے اور اس کے ساتھ دوسرے لوگ بھی شریک ہوجائیں تو انھیں بتادے اگر وہ مان جائیں تو ٹھیک وگرنہ واپس کر دے۔
Hazrat Hassan farmate hain keh agar aik aadmi dosre ki taraf se Hajj kare aur uske sath dosre log bhi sharik hojain to unhen bataday agar wo maan jain to theek warna wapas kar de.
أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، فِي الرَّجُلِ يَحُجُّ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ ، فَيَفْضُلُ مَعَهُ ، قَالَ : « يُعْلِمُهُمْ فَإِنْ سَلَّمُوهُ وَإِلَّا رَدَّهُ »
