كِتَابُ الْحَجِّ
Concerning the man who declares Umrah and then has relations with his wife
فِي رَجُلٍ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ ثُمَّ وَقَعَ بِامْرَأَتِهِ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 14811
Hazrat Zahri, may Allah have mercy on him, said about the person who enters the state of Ihram for Umrah and then has intercourse with his wife before completing the Umrah, that he should repeat the Umrah and give a camel in charity.
حضرت زہری اس شخص کے متعلق فرماتے ہیں جو عمرہ کا احرام باندھے پھر عمرہ مکمل کرنے سے پہلے ہی بیوی سے صحبت کرے تو وہ عمرہ کا اعادہ کرے اور اونٹ صدقہ کرے۔
Hazrat Zuhri iss shakhs ke mutalliq farmate hain jo Umrah ka ehram bandhe phir Umrah mukammal karne se pehle hi biwi se sohbat kare to woh Umrah ka eada kare aur unt sadqa kare.
أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي رَجُلٍ لَبَّى بِعُمْرَةٍ ، ثُمَّ وَقَعَ بِامْرَأَتِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَقْضِيَ عُمْرَتَهُ ، قَالَ : « يُعِيدُ عُمْرَةً ، وَيُهْدِي بَدَنَةً »
