كِتَابُ الْحَجِّ
Concerning the man who declares Umrah and then has relations with his wife
فِي رَجُلٍ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ ثُمَّ وَقَعَ بِامْرَأَتِهِ

Hazrat Qatadah said about the person who ties the Ihram of Umrah and then has intercourse with his wife before performing Tawaf of Kabah, then he should go back to the place from where he tied the Ihram and tie the Ihram (from the same place) and perform Umrah again and offer a sacrifice.
حضرت قتادہ اس شخص کے متعلق فرماتے ہیں جو عمرہ کا احرام باندھے پھر کعبہ کا طواف کرنے سے پہلے ہی بیوی سے صحبت کرے تو وہ واپس جائے جہاں سے اس نے احرام باندھا تھا وہیں (اسی جگہ سے) احرام باندھے اور (دوبارہ عمرہ کرے) اور قربانی کرے۔
Hazrat Qatadah us shakhs ke mutaliq farmate hain jo Umrah ka ahram bandhe phir Kaba ka tawaf karne se pehle hi biwi se sohbat kare to wo wapis jaye jahan se usne ahram bandha tha wahin (isi jagah se) ahram bandhe aur (dobara Umrah kare) aur qurbani kare.
أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، فِي رَجُلٍ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ ، ثُمَّ وَقَعَ بِأَهْلِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ ، قَالَ : « يَرْجِعُ إِلَى حَيْثُ أَحْرَمَ ، فَيُحْرِمُ مِنْ ثَمَّ وَيُهْرِيقُ دَمًا »
