كِتَابُ الْحَجِّ Concerning the man who declares Umrah and then has relations with his wife
فِي رَجُلٍ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ ثُمَّ وَقَعَ بِامْرَأَتِهِ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 14813
Prophet Abraham said that if a husband performing Hajj has intercourse with his wife who is also performing Hajj, then they both must offer a sacrifice and repeat their Hajj.
حضرت ابراہیم فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر عمرہ کرنے والا شوہر عمرہ کرنے والی بیوی کے ساتھ صحبت کرے تو وہ دونوں قربانی کریں اور دوبارہ اپنا عمرہ کریں۔
Hazrat Ibrahim farmate hain keh agar umrah karne wala shohar umrah karne wali biwi ke sath suhbat kare to woh dono qurbani karen aur dobara apna umrah karen.
أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ : " إِذَا وَاقَعَ الْمُحْرِمُ بِعُمْرَةٍ امْرَأَتَهَ وَهِيَ مُحْرِمَةٌ بِعُمْرَةٍ ، قَالَ : يُهْدِي فِي كُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا هَدْيًا ، وَيَمْضِيَانِ لِعُمْرَتِهِمَا "
