Regarding a man who marries off his son while he is young, who allowed it?

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 16010
Hazrat Hassan narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: If a man arranges the marriage of his adult son and he is not happy with it, then this marriage is not permissible. If his marriage is arranged in his minor state then it is permissible.
حضرت حسن فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ اگر آدمی نے اپنے بالغ بیٹے کا نکاح کرایا اور وہ اس پر راضی نہیں تھا تو یہ نکاح جائز نہیں ہے۔ اگر اس کے نابالغ ہونے کی حالت میں اس کا نکاح کرایا تو جائز ہے۔
Hazrat Hassan farmate hain keh Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya keh agar aadmi ne apne baligh bete ka nikah karaya aur wo is par razi nahi tha to yeh nikah jaiz nahi hai. Agar uske nabaligh hone ki halat mein us ka nikah karaya to jaiz hai.
أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نَا ابْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَمَّنْ حَدَّثَهُ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ : « إِذَا أَنْكَحَ الرَّجُلُ ابْنَهُ وَهُوَ كَارِهٌ فَلَيْسَ بِنِكَاحٍ ، وَإِذَا زَوَّجَهُ وَهُوَ صَغِيرٌ جَازَ نِكَاحُهُ »
