كِتَابُ النِّكَاحِ In the man who marries the woman and enters into her before giving her anything
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ فَيَدْخُلُ بِهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُعْطِيَهَا شَيْئًا

Hazrat Hassan says that there is no harm in it.
حضرت حسن فرماتے ہیں کہ اس میں کوئی حرج نہیں۔
Hazrat Hassan farmate hain ke is mein koi harj nahi.
حَفْصٌ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ : « لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ »
