كِتَابُ النِّكَاحِ

In the man who wants to sell the girl, who said: verifying her

‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَبِيعَ الْجَارِيَةَ، مَنْ قَالَ: يَسْتَبْرِئُهَا

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 16658

Hazrat Hassan (may Allah be pleased with him) used to say that when a person buys a slave woman and when he sells a slave woman, he should wait for one month for istibra'.

حضرت حسن فرمایا کرتے تھے کہ جب باندی کو خریدے اور جب باندی کو بیچے استبراء کے لیے ایک مہینہ انتظار کرے۔

Hazrat Hassan farmaya karte thay keh jab bandi ko khareeday aur jab bandi ko bechay istabra ke liye ek mahina intezar kare.

هُشَيْمٌ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ : « يَسْتَبْرِئُ الرَّجُلُ أَمَتَهُ إِذَا بَاعَهَا بِحَيْضَةٍ وَإِذَا اشْتَرَاهَا بِحَيْضَةٍ »
