Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 17506
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no Nikah Shighār in Islam."
حضرت عمران بن حصین (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ اسلام میں نکاح شغار نہیں ہے۔
Hazrat Imran bin Husain (RA) se riwayat hai keh Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya keh Islam mein nikah shughar nahi hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، قَالَ : نَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ : « لَا شِغَارَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ »
