Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 18038
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Aisha (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that there is no validity in divorce and freeing (a slave) given under duress.
حضرت عائشہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ زبردستی دی گئی طلاق اور آزادی کا کوئی اعتبار نہیں۔
Hazrat Ayesha (RA) se riwayat hai ke Rasul Allah (SAW) ne irshad farmaya ke zabardasti di gai talaq aur azadi ka koi eitibar nahi.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ ثَوْرٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ شَيْبَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ : « لَا طَلَاقَ ، وَلَا عَتَاقَ فِي إِغْلَاقٍ »
