١٤-
كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ What is said about a man who divorces his wife twice or once, then she remarries and returns to him, what is her status?
مَا قَالُوا: فِي الرَّجُلِ يُطَلِّقُ امْرَأَتَهُ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ، أَوْ تَطْلِيقَةً فَتَزَوَّجُ ثُمَّ تَرْجِعُ إِلَيْهِ، عَلَى كَمْ تَكُونُ عِنْدَهُ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 18378
Hazrat Abi (may Allah be pleased with him) says that now he will have the right of the remaining divorce.
حضرت ابی (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اب اس کے پاس باقی ماندہ طلاق کا حق رہے گا۔
Hazrat Abi (RA) farmate hain ke ab us ke pass baqi mandah talaq ka haq rahe ga.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا حَفْصٌ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، وَحَجَّاجٍ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنْ أَبِي لَيْلَى قَالَ : « تَرْجِعُ إِلَيْهِ بِمَا بَقِيَ مِنَ الطَّلَاقِ »
