كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ Who said: The thrice-divorced woman is like the widow in terms of beautification.
مَنْ قَالَ: الْمُطَلَّقَةُ ثَلَاثَةً بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا فِي الزِّينَةِ

Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyab (R.A) said that the woman who has been given three divorces and the woman whose husband has passed away, both are equal in the matter of adornment.
حضرت سعید بن مسیب (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ وہ عورت جسے تین طلاقیں دے دی گئی ہوں اور وہ عورت جس کے خاوند کا انتقال ہوگیا ہو وہ دونوں زینت کے حکم میں برابر ہیں۔
Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyab (RA) farmate hain keh woh aurat jise teen talaaqain de di gai hon aur woh aurat jiske khaavand ka inteqal hogaya ho woh donon zeenat ke hukm mein barabar hain.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا ابْنُ مُبَارَكٍ ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ الْخُرَاسَانِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ : « الْمُطَلَّقَةُ ثَلَاثًا وَالْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا سَوَاءٌ فِي الزِّينَةِ »
