١٧-
كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ Who said: The profit is according to what they agreed upon, and the loss is on the principal amount
مَنْ قَالَ: الرِّبْحُ عَلَى مَا اصْطَلَحَا عَلَيْهِ وَالْوَضِيعَةُ عَلَى رَأْسِ الْمَالِ

Hazrat Ibrahim states that the profit will be according to the folded quantity and the loss will be deducted from the original capital/investment.
حضرت ابراہیم فرماتے ہیں کہ نفع طے شدہ مقدار کے مطابق ہوگا اور نقصان اصل مال میں سے نکالا جائے گا۔
Hazrat Ibrahim farmate hain keh munafa tay shuda miqdar ke mutabiq hoga aur nuqsan asal maal mein se nikala jayega.
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : « الرِّبْحُ عَلَى مَا اشْتَرَطَا عَلَيْهِ ، وَالْوَضِيعَةُ عَلَى رَأْسِ الْمَالِ »
