١٧-
كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ Who said: The profit is according to what they agreed upon, and the loss is on the principal amount
مَنْ قَالَ: الرِّبْحُ عَلَى مَا اصْطَلَحَا عَلَيْهِ وَالْوَضِيعَةُ عَلَى رَأْسِ الْمَالِ

Hazrat Hassan and Hazrat Ibn Sireen said that the profit will be distributed according to the agreed upon condition, and the loss will be deducted from the principal amount.
حضرت حسن اور حضرت ابن سیرین فرماتے ہیں کہ نفع طے شدہ شرط کے مطابق ہوگا اور نقصان اصل مال میں سے نکالا جائے گا۔
Hazrat Hassan aur Hazrat Ibn Sireen farmate hain keh nafa tay shuda shart ke mutabiq hoga aur nuqsan asal maal mein se nikala jaye ga.
نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، وَابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَا : « الرِّبْحُ عَلَى مَا اشْتَرَطَا عَلَيْهِ ، وَالْوَضِيعَةُ عَلَى الْمَالِ »
