كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ
Who said: The profit is according to what they agreed upon, and the loss is on the principal amount
مَنْ قَالَ: الرِّبْحُ عَلَى مَا اصْطَلَحَا عَلَيْهِ وَالْوَضِيعَةُ عَلَى رَأْسِ الْمَالِ

Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid and Hazrat Ibrahim say that if there are two partners, one of whom has invested one hundred and the other two hundred, then the profit will be distributed according to the stipulated condition and the loss will be borne from the original capital.
حضرت جابر بن زید اور حضرت ابراہیم فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر دو شریک ایسے ہوں جن میں سے ایک نے سو اور دوسرے نے دو سو لگائے ہوں تو نفع طے کردہ شرط کے مطابق ہوگا اور نقصان اصل مال میں سے نکالا جائے گا۔
Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid aur Hazrat Ibrahim farmate hain keh agar do sharik aise hon jin mein se ek ne so aur dusre ne do so lagaye hon to nafa tay shuda shart ke mutabiq hoga aur nuqsan asal maal mein se nikala jaye ga.
نَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الْأَحْوَلِ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، وَعَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ أَبِي كُلَيْبٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، فِي الشَّرِيكَيْنِ يُخْرِجُ هَذَا مِائَةً ، وَهَذَا مِائَتَيْنِ ، قَالَا : « الرِّبْحُ عَلَى مَا اصْطَلَحَا عَلَيْهِ ، وَالْوَضِيعَةُ عَلَى الْمَالِ »
