كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ
Who said: The profit is according to what they agreed upon, and the loss is on the principal amount
مَنْ قَالَ: الرِّبْحُ عَلَى مَا اصْطَلَحَا عَلَيْهِ وَالْوَضِيعَةُ عَلَى رَأْسِ الْمَالِ

Hazrat Abu Ja'far said that if a person buys something and then makes someone else his partner in it, then the profit will be according to the amount agreed upon and the loss will be compensated from the capital.
حضرت ابو جعفر فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر کسی آدمی نے کوئی چیز خریدی پھر اس میں کسی دوسرے کو شریک بنایا تو نفع طے کردہ مقدار کے برابر ہوگا اور نقصان مال میں سے پورا کیا جائے گا۔
Hazrat Abu Ja'far farmate hain ke agar kisi aadmi ne koi cheez kharidi phir us mein kisi dusre ko sharik banaya to nafa tay shuda miqdar ke barabar hoga aur nuqsan maal mein se poora kiya jayega.
نَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ، قَالَ : « إِذَا اشْتَرَى الرَّجُلُ الْمَتَاعَ وَأَشْرَكَ فِيهِ أَحَدًا فَالرِّبْحُ عَلَى مَا اشْتَرَطَا عَلَيْهِ ، وَالْوَضِيعَةُ عَلَى الْمَالِ »
