كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ
A man accommodates another man
الرَّجُلُ يُسْكِنُ الرَّجُلَ السُّكْنَى
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 20120
Hazrat Zahri says that if a man entrusts something to someone, saying that this is for you and your family, then it will be for him and his heirs. And if he says that this is for you during your lifetime, then it will return to the heirs of the giver.
حضرت زہری فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر ایک آدمی نے کسی کو کوئی چیز سپرد کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ یہ تیرے لیے اور تیرے گھر والوں کے لیے ہے، تو وہ اس کے لیے اور اس کے ورثاء کے لیے ہوگی اور اگر یہ کہا کہ یہ تیری زندگی میں تیرے لیے ہے تو یہ ہدیہ کرنے والے کے ورثاء کی طرف لوٹے گی۔
Hazrat Zahri farmate hain keh agar aik aadmi ne kisi ko koi cheez supurd karte huwe kaha keh yeh tere liye aur tere ghar walon ke liye hai, toh woh uske liye aur uske warisai ke liye hogi aur agar yeh kaha keh yeh teri zindagi mein tere liye hai toh yeh hadiya karne wale ke warisai ki taraf lotegi.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا وَهَبَ الرَّجُلُ شَيْئًا فَقَالَ : هُوَ لَكَ وَلِعَقِبِكَ فَهُوَ لَهُ ، وَلِوَرَثَتِهِ " وَإِذَا قَالَ : « هِيَ لَكَ حَيَاتَكَ ، فَهِيَ رَاجِعَةٌ إِلَيْهِ »
