كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ On the bleacher, the dyer, and others
فِي الْقَصَّارِ وَالصَّبَّاغِ وَغَيْرِهِ

Hazrat Hasan (R.A) said that if the dyer spoils (the cloth) then he is responsible, but if the thing sinks, burns or the enemy destroys it, then he will not be responsible.
حضرت حسن (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رنگ ساز اگر خراب کر دے تو وہ ضامن ہے، اور اگر وہ چیز ڈوب جائے یا جل جائے یا دشمن برباد کر دے تو ضامن نہ ہوگا۔
Hazrat Hassan (RA) farmate hain ke rang saaz agar kharab kar de to woh zamin hai, aur agar woh cheez doob jaye ya jal jaye ya dushman barbad kar de to zamin na hoga.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الْقَصَّارِ إِذَا أَفْسَدَ ، قَالَ : هُوَ ضَامِنٌ ، قَالَ : « وَكَانَ لَا يُضَمِّنُهُ غَرِقًا ، وَلَا حَرِقًا ، وَلَا عَدُوًّا مُكَابِرًا »
