كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ
On a man buying goods from another man and saying: You are free of responsibility
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَشْتَرِي مِنَ الرَّجُلِ السِّلْعَةَ وَيَقُولُ: قَدْ بَرِئَتْ إِلَيْكَ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 21108
Hazrat Abraham (A.S) said that if a person says, 'I will sell the meat by placing it on a mat,' or 'I will sell you what comes out of the earth,' and he mentions the defects, then it will be bad (for him).
حضرت ابراہیم (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر کوئی شخص یوں کہے کہ میں گوشت چٹائی پر رکھ کر فروخت کروں گا، یا میں تجھے وہ چیز فروخت کروں گا جو زمین سے نکلے، اگر وہ عیوب کا نام لے لے تو بری ہوجائے گا۔
Hazrat Ibrahim (RA) farmate hain keh agar koi shakhs yun kahe keh mein gosht chatai par rakh kar farokht karunga, ya mein tujhe woh cheez farokht karunga jo zameen se nikle, agar woh uyoob ka naam le le to buri hojae ga.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : إِذَا قَالَ : أَبِيعُكَ لَحْمًا عَلَى بَارِيَّةٍ ، أَبِيعُكَ مَا أَقَلَّتِ الْأَرْضُ ، قَالَ : « إِذَا سَمَّى بَرِئَ »
