كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ On a man buying goods from another man and saying: You are free of responsibility
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَشْتَرِي مِنَ الرَّجُلِ السِّلْعَةَ وَيَقُولُ: قَدْ بَرِئَتْ إِلَيْكَ

Hazrat Shuraih (may Allah be pleased with him) said that until a person keeps his hands (meaning tongue, etc.) away from faults, he will not be free from them.
حضرت شریح (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ جب تک وہ عیوب پر ہاتھ نہ رکھے بری نہ ہوگا۔
Hazrat Shurai (RA) farmate hain ke jab tak wo uyoob par hath na rakhe buri na hoga.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ ، قَالَ : « لَا يَبْرَأُ حَتَّى يَضَعَ يَدَيْهِ عَلَى الدَّاءِ »
