كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ
On a man buying palm trees and selling them before harvesting
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَشْتَرِي النَّخْلَ ثُمَّ يَبِيعُهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَصْرِمَهُ

Hazrat Hassan (R.A.) said that if a man buys a fruit that is still on the tree, there is no harm in selling it before plucking it. The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that there is no harm in this in our time. Then, when people asked him about it too much, he said: Leave that which puts you in doubt for that which does not put you in doubt.
حضرت حسن (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ کوئی آدمی درخت پر لگا پھل خرید لے تو اس کو کاٹنے سے قبل آگے فروخت کرے تو کوئی حرج نہیں۔ حضرت محمد (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) فرماتے تھے کہ ہمارے زمانے میں اس میں کوئی حرج نہیں ہے، پھر جب لوگوں نے ان سے بہت زیادہ اس بارے میں پوچھنا شروع کیا تو آپ نے فرمایا : اس چیز کو چھوڑ دو جو تمہیں شک میں ڈال دے اس کے بدلے میں جو تمہیں شک میں نہ ڈالے۔
Hazrat Hassan (RA) farmate hain keh koi aadmi darakht per laga phal kharid le to us ko kaatne se qabal aage farokht kare to koi harj nahi. Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) farmate thy keh humare zamane mein is mein koi harj nahi hai, phir jab logon ne un se bohat ziada is bare mein puchna shuru kiya to aap ne farmaya: Is cheez ko chhor do jo tumhein shak mein daale is ke badle mein jo tumhein shak mein na daale.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : إِذَا اشْتَرَى الرَّجُلُ التَّمْرَ عَلَى رُءُوسِ النَّخْلِ قَالَ : لَا بَأْسَ أَنْ يَبِيعَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَصْرِمَهُ قَالَ : وَكَانَ مُحَمَّدٌ لَا يَرَى بِهِ زَمَانًا بَأْسًا ، فَلَمَّا أَكْثَرُوا عَلَيْهِ فِيهِ قَالَ : « دَعُوا مَا يَرِيبُكُمْ إِلَى مَا لَا يَرِيبُكُمْ »
