كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ Regarding profit-sharing ventures and the deposit of entrusted items.
فِي الْمُضَارَبَةِ وَالْعَارِيَّةِ الْوَدِيعَةِ

Hazrat Shariah (R.A) said that If there is a contradiction between the terms of a trust and a lease (folded conditions), then the trust will be considered.
حضرت شریح (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر امانت اور کرایہ میں (طے شدہ شرائط کی) مخالفت کی جائے ، تو وہ ضامن ہوگا۔
Hazrat Shurai (RA) farmate hain ke agar amanat aur kiraya mein (tai shuda sharait ki) mukhalfat ki jaye, to woh zaman hoga.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ ابْنِ أَخِي شُرَيْحٍ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : « إِذَا خَالَفَ فِي الْوَدِيعَةِ وَالْكَرِيِّ فَهُوَ ضَامِنٌ »
