كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ Regarding profit-sharing ventures and the deposit of entrusted items.
فِي الْمُضَارَبَةِ وَالْعَارِيَّةِ الْوَدِيعَةِ

Hazrat Hasan (R.A) said that if the Mudarib (the person who manages the investment) gives the profit to someone else (other than the investor), he (Mudarib) will be responsible because he is a trustee.
حضرت حسن (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ مضارب مال اگر ( مطلوبہ شخص کے علاوہ) کسی اور کو دے دے تو وہ ضامن ہوگا کیونکہ وہ امین ہے۔
Hazrat Hassan (RA) farmate hain ke muzarab mal agar (matlooba shaks ke ilawa) kisi aur ko de de to wo zaman hoga kyunkay wo amin hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ فِي مُضَارِبٍ دَفَعَ الْمَالَ إِلَى غَيْرِهِ ، قَالَ : « لَا ضَمَانَ عَلَيْهِ ، هُوَ أَمِينٌ »
