Hazrat Ali (R.A) said that there is no guarantee for the one who distributes the profit.
حضرت علی (رض) ارشاد فرماتے ہیں کہ جو منافع تقسیم کر دے اس پر ضمان نہیں ہوتا۔
Hazrat Ali (RA) irshad farmate hain keh jo munafe taqseem kar de us par zaman nahin hota.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، قَالَ : « مَنْ قَاسَمَ الرِّبْحَ فَلَا ضَمَانَ عَلَيْهِ »
