Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 22002
Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said that if the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had explained three things to us, it would have been more beloved to me than the world and all that is in it, one is Khilafah (Caliphate), the second is Kalalah (a deceased person who has neither children nor parents), and the third is Interest (Riba/Usury).
حضرت عمر (رض) ارشاد فرماتے ہیں کہ تین چیزوں کو اگر رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ہمارے لیے بیان فرما دیتے تو یہ دنیا و مافیھا سے زیادہ میرے لیے پسندیدہ ہوتا، ایک خلافت دوسری کلالہ (یعنی ایسی میت کہ جس کی نہ اولاد ہو اور نہ ہی والدین) اور تیسری چیز ہے سود۔
Hazrat Umar (RA) irshad farmate hain ke teen cheezon ko agar Rasool Allah (SAW) humare liye bayan farma dete to yeh dunia o mafiha se ziada mere liye pasandida hota, aik khilafat dusri kalala (yani aisi mayyat ke jis ki na aulad ho aur na hi walidain) aur teesri cheez hai sood.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، عَنْ مُرَّةَ الْهَمْدَانِيِّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ عُمَرُ : " ثَلَاثٌ لَأَنْ يَكُونَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ بَيَّنَهُنَّ لَنَا أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا فِيهَا : الْخِلَافَةُ ، وَالْكَلَالَةُ ، وَالرِّبَا "
