كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ
Regarding a man who steals another man's shoes or land.
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَسْرِقُ مِنَ الرَّجُلِ الْحِذَاءَ وَالْأَرْضَ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 22015
Hazrat Abu Amr Ash'Shaibani (RA) narrates that it was said to me that there is no person who usurps a piece of land but that the land cries out for him, and he will not find any land that will absorb his sweat.
حضرت ابو عمرو الشیبانی (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ مجھے خبر دی گئی کہ بیشک نہیں ہے کوئی شخص جو کوئی زمین چرائے اس کے لیے توبہ ہوگی ، نہیں پائی کوئی زمین جو اس کے لیے کھودی جائے۔
Hazrat Abu Amro Al-Shaibani (RA) farmate hain keh mujhe khabar di gayi keh beshak nahi hai koi shakhs jo koi zameen churae uske liye tauba hogi, nahi payi koi zameen jo uske liye khodi jaye.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَمْرٍو الشَّيْبَانِيِّ ، قَالَ : " أُخْبِرْتُ أَنَّهُ : مَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ يَسْرِقُ أَرْضًا يَكُونُ لَهُ تَوْبَةٌ مَا وَجَدَ أَرْضًا يَحْفِرُهَا "
