كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ Regarding the verse: 'And the witnesses should not refuse when they are summoned.'
فِي قَوْلِهِ: ﴿وَلَا يَأْبَ الشُّهَدَاءُ إِذَا مَا دُعُوا﴾ [

Hazrat Saeed said that he is the one who has testimony.
حضرت سعید فرماتے ہیں کہ وہ شخص ہے جس کے پاس گواہی ہو۔
Hazrat Saeed farmate hain keh woh shakhs hai jis ke pass gawahi ho
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ ، عَنْ شَرِيكٍ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ : « الَّذِي عِنْدَهُ الشَّهَادَةُ »
