كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ The 'umra' and what they said about it.
الْعُمْرَى وَمَا قَالُوا فِيهَا
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 22628
Hazrat Shuaibi (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "When someone gives a house to another person, saying that this is yours for life, then this house will belong to the giver even after death."
حضرت شعبی (رض) نے فرمایا جب کسی نے یہ کہہ کر مکان دوسرے کو دیا کہ یہ تازندگی اب تیرا ہے تو یہ مکان مرنے کے بعد بھی اسی کا ہوگا۔
Hazrat Shabi (RA) ne farmaya jab kisi ne ye keh kar makaan doosre ko diya keh ye ta zindagi ab tera hai to ye makaan marne ke baad bhi usi ka hoga.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالَ : « إِذَا قَالَ هِيَ لَكَ حَتَّى تَمُوتَ فَهِيَ لَهُ حَيَاتَهُ وَبَعْدَ وَمَوْتِهِ »
