كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ Who said: 'If there is a road between two properties, there is no preemption.'
مَنْ قَالَ: إِذَا كَانَ بَيْنَ الدَّارَيْنِ طَرِيقٌ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ فِيهِ

Hazrat Hassan (R.A.) said that if there is only one path between two houses, then there is no right of pre-emption (Shafa) between them.
حضرت حسن (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر دو گھروں کے درمیان ایک ہی راستہ ہو تو ان میں شفعہ نہیں ہے۔
Hazrat Hassan (RA) farmate hain keh agar do gharon ke darmiyan aik hi rasta ho to un mein shafa nahin hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ : « إِذَا كَانَ بَيْنَ الدَّارَيْنِ طَرِيقٌ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ بَيْنَهُمَا »
