كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ Who said: 'If the roads and boundaries are defined, there is no preemption.'
مَنْ قَالَ: إِذَا صُرِفَتِ الطرقُ وَالْحُدُودُ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ

"Hazrat Umar (RA) said: When the boundaries are mixed up and people recognize their own right, then none of them deserve intercession."
حضرت عمر (رض) نے فرمایا : جب حدود الگ ہوجائیں اور لوگ اپنے اپنے حق کو پہچان لیں تو ان میں سے کسی کو شفعہ کا حق حاصل نہیں۔
Hazrat Umar (RA) ne farmaya : Jab hudood alag hojaen aur log apne apne haq ko pehchan len to un me se kisi ko shafa ka haq hasil nahi.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ عَوْنِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : « قَالَ إِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ ، وَعَرَفَ النَّاسُ حُقُوقَهُمْ ، فَلَا شُفْعَةَ بَيْنَهُمْ »
