Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 22814
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Masood (may Allah be pleased with him) that whenever a child was brought to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), he would give that child to all the members of his household so that there would be no discrimination between them.
حضرت ابن مسعود (رض) سے مروی ہے کہ جب آنحضرت (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس کوئی بچہ لایا جاتا تو آپ تمام اہل بیت کو وہ بچہ دے دییت تاکہ ان کے مابین تفریق نہ ہو۔
Hazrat Ibn Masood (RA) se marvi hai keh jab Aanhazrat (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ke paas koi bachcha laya jata to aap tamam Ahl-e-Bait ko woh bachcha de dete takkeh un ke maben tafreek na ho.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، قَالَ : « كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذَا أُتِيَ بِالسَّبْيِ أَعْطَى أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ جَمِيعًا كَرَاهِيَةَ أَنْ يُفَرِّقَ بَيْنَهُمْ »
