كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ Regarding the separation between a parent and their child.
فِي التَّفْرِيقِ بَيْنَ الْوَالِدِ وَوَلَدِهِ

Hazrat Hasan disliked it, and said that if he were to reach the age of puberty, then there would be no harm in separating.
حضرت حسن اس کو ناپسند کرتے تھے، اور فرماتے تھے کہ اگر وہ بلوغ کی حد کو پہنچ جائے تو پھر تفریق کرنے میں کوئی حرج نہیں۔
Hazrat Hassan is ko napasand karte thay, aur farmate thay keh agar woh baloogh ki hadd ko pohanch jaye tou phir tafreeq karne mein koi harj nahin.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابنُ إِدْرِيسَ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَكْرَهُهُ وَيَقُولُ : « لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ إِذَا وُصِفَ أَوْ وُصِفَتْ »
