Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 22818
The Holy Prophet (peace be upon him and his progeny) has forbidden differentiating between a slave woman and her children when selling them.
حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے بیع کرتے وقت باندی اور اس کی اولاد میں تفریق کرنے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Huzur Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne bay kartay waqt bandi aur us ki aulad mein taqreeq karnay se mana farmaya hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنِ ابْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، عَنْ طَلِيقِ بْنِ عِمْرَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، « أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى أَنْ يُفَرَّقَ بَيْنَ الْأَمَةِ وَوَلَدِهَا فِي الْبَيْعِ »
