كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ Regarding a judge who favors one of the disputants.
فِي الْحَكَمِ يَكُونُ هَوَاهُ لِأَحَدِ الْخَصْمَيْنِ

Hazrat Hassan (RA) said that the meaning of the verse and the address of the Surah is the knowledge of destiny.
حضرت حسن (رض) ارشاد فرماتے ہیں کہ قرآن کریم کی آیت وفصل الخطاب سے مراد قضاء کا علم ہے۔
Hazrat Hassan (RA) irshad farmate hain keh Quran Kareem ki ayat wa faslul kitab se murad qaza ka ilm hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، فِي قَوْلِهِ : ﴿ وَفَصْلَ الْخِطَابِ ﴾ [ ص : ٢٠ ]، قَالَ : « الْعِلْمُ بِالْقَضَاءِ »
