كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ Regarding a sick person who absolves an heir from a debt.
فِي الْمَرِيضِ يُبْرِئُ الْوَارِثَ مِنَ الدَّيْنِ

It is narrated from Hazrat Hukm in the same way.
حضرت حکم سے اسی طرح منقول ہے۔
Hazrat Hukm se isi tarah manqool hai.
