كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ
Regarding a man who gives money to another for profit-sharing (mudaraba).
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَدْفَعُ إِلَى الرَّجُلِ مَالًا مُضَارَبَةً

Prophet Abraham said the meaning of the benefit of wealth is that a person takes wealth from another on the basis of Mudarabah, saying that I am your guarantor and half or one-third of the profit is yours.
حضرت ابراہیم فرماتے ہیں، مال مضمون کے نفع کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ : ایک شخص دوسرے سے مال مضاربۃ یہ کہہ کرلے کہ میں تیرا ضامن ہوں اور نصف یا ثلث نفع تیرا ہے۔
Hazrat Ibrahim farmate hain, maal mazmoon ke nafa ka matlab ye hai ke: aik shakhs doosre se maal mudarabah ye keh kar le ke mein tera zaman hun aur nisf ya suls nafa tera hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ : لَا رِبْحَ لِمَالٍ مَضْمُونٍ ، قَالَ : تَفْسِيرُهُ : الرَّجُلُ يَأْخُذُ مِنَ الرَّجُلِ مَالًا مُضَارَبَةً ويَقُولُ : أَضْمَنُ لَكَ وَلَكَ نِصْفُ الرِّبْحِ أَوْ ثُلُثُهُ
