كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ The shepherd is liable.
الرَّاعِي عَلَيْهِ ضَمَانٌ

Hazrat Zuhri said that the shepherd will not be responsible.
حضرت زہری فرماتے ہیں کہ چرواہا ضامن نہیں ہوگا۔
Hazrat Zuhri farmate hain ke charwaha zaman nahin hoga.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : « لَا يَضْمَنُ الرَّاعِي »
