كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ A man exchanges dinars and gives a counterfeit dirham. Who said it is permissible to replace it.
الرَّجُلُ يَصْرِفُ الدَّنَانِيرَ فَيُعْطِي الدِّرْهَمَ الزَّيْفَ مَنْ قَالَ: لَا بَأْسَ أَنْ يَسْتَبْدِلَهُ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 23404
Abu Hanifa said: "If he says, 'I am free and clear of every defect,' is he free and clear?"
ابو حنیفہ نے کہا: "اگر وہ کہے کہ 'میں ہر عیب سے بری الذمہ ہوں' تو کیا وہ واقعی بری الذمہ ہے؟"
Abu Hanifa ne kaha: "Agar woh kahe keh 'main har aib se bari uz zimma hun' to kiya woh waqai bari uz zimma hai?"
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ أَبُو حَنِيفَةَ : « إِذَا قَالَ بَرِئْتُ مِنْ كُلِّ عَيْبٍ بَرِئَ ؟»
