كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ وَالْأَقْضِيَةِ
A man exchanges dinars and gives a counterfeit dirham. Who said it is permissible to replace it.
الرَّجُلُ يَصْرِفُ الدَّنَانِيرَ فَيُعْطِي الدِّرْهَمَ الزَّيْفَ مَنْ قَالَ: لَا بَأْسَ أَنْ يَسْتَبْدِلَهُ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 23406
Hazrat Hassan says that if a person takes someone's property or steals someone's property and then wants to return that property in such a way that the owner doesn't know and the property reaches them, then there is no harm in it.
حضرت حسن فرماتے ہیں کہ جو شخص کسی کا مال رکھ لے یا کسی کا مال چوری کرلے پھر اس کو وہ مال اس طرح واپس کرنا چاہے کہ اس کو علم نہ ہو اور اس کو وہ مال پہنچا دے تو اس میں کوئی حرج نہیں۔
Hazrat Hassan farmate hain ke jo shakhs kisi ka maal rakh le ya kisi ka maal chori karle phir usko woh maal is tarah wapas karna chahe ke usko ilm na ho aur usko woh maal pohancha de to isme koi harj nahi.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ الْحَسَنُ : « مَنِ احْتَازَ مِنْ رَجُلٍ مَالًا ، أَوْ سَرَقَ مِنْ رَجُلٍ مَالًا ، فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَرُدَّهُ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ وَجْهٍ لَا يَعْلَمُ ، فَأَوْصَلَهُ إِلَيْهِ فَلَا بَأْسَ »
