How much the blood money should be
الدِّيَةُ كَمْ تَكُونُ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 26737
It is narrated from Hazrat Hassan regarding the ages of camels in the commandment of Zakat, he said: "Thirty pregnant camels, and thirty that have completed a year, and twenty that have completed two years, and twenty that have completed three years."
حضرت حسن سے دیت کے حکم میں اونٹ کی عمروں کے بارے میں مروی ہے وہ فرماتے ہیں کہ تیس حاملہ، اور تیس سال میں چلنے والے، اور بیس دوسرے سال میں چلنے والے، اور بیس تیسرے سال میں چلنے والے۔
Hazrat Hasan se dait ke hukum mein unt ki umron ke bare mein marvi hai woh farmate hain ki tees hamil, aur tees sal mein chalne wale, aur bees doosre sal mein chalne wale, aur bees teesre sal mein chalne wale.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، فِي أَسْنَانِ الْإِبِلِ فِي الدِّيَةِ ، قَالَ : « ثَلَاثُونَ خَلِفَةً ، وَثَلَاثُونَ جَذَعَةً ، وَعِشْرُونَ ابْنَةَ مَخَاضٍ ، وَعِشْرُونَ ابْنَةَ لَبُونٍ »
