Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 26780
It is narrated from Hazrat Mak'hul that you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave a verdict regarding the wound on the head and face where the bone is exposed and more than that, so you ruled five camels in the wound where the bone is exposed.
حضرت مکحول سے مروی ہے آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے سر اور چہرہ کے ہڈی ظاہر ہونے والے زخم اور اس سے زیادہ زخم کے بارے میں فیصلہ فرمایا تو ہڈی کے ظاہر ہونے والے زخم میں پانچ اونٹوں کا فیصلہ فرمایا۔
Hazrat Makhool se marvi hai aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne sar aur chehra ke haddi zahir hone wale zakhm aur is se ziada zakhm ke baare mein faisla farmaya to haddi ke zahir hone wale zakhm mein panch oonton ka faisla farmaya.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ : « أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَضَى فِي الْمُوضِحَةِ فَصَاعِدًا ، فَجَعَلَ فِي الْمُوضِحَةِ خَمْسًا مِنَ الْإِبِلِ »
