كِتَابُ الدِّيَاتِ Regarding a wound exposing the bone on the face, how much is its compensation
الْمُوضِحَةُ فِي الْوَجْهِ مَا فِيهَا
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 26824
It is narrated from Hadrat Umar and Ibn e Munir that Umar bin Abdul Aziz wrote that in a wound where the bone has become visible, the head and face are equal, in it are five camels.
حضرت عمر وبن میمون سے مروی ہے کہ عمر بن عبدالعزیز نے لکھا کہ ہڈی واضح ہوجانے والے زخم میں سر اور چہرہ برابر ہیں، اس میں پانچ اونٹ ہیں۔
Hazrat Umar bin Maimoon se marvi hai ki Umar bin Abdul Aziz ne likha ki haddi wazih hojane wale zakhm mein sar aur chehra barabar hain is mein panch unt hain.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ كَتَبَ : « إِنَّ الْمُوضِحَةَ فِي الْوَجْهِ وَالرَّأْسِ سَوَاءٌ ، فِيهَا خَمْسٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ »
