Regarding a wound exposing the bone on the face, how much is its compensation
الْمُوضِحَةُ فِي الْوَجْهِ مَا فِيهَا

Hazrat Suleman bin Yasar said that a wound on the face that exposes the bone is equal in ruling to a wound on the head that exposes the bone. However, if there is any disfigurement on the face, then compensation will be given according to its extent, up to half of the compensation of a wound that exposes the bone.
حضرت سلیمان بن یسار کا ارشاد ہے کہ چہرہ کے جس زخم میں ہڈی واضح ہوجائے یہ حکم میں سر کے اس زخم کے برابر ہے کہ جس میں ہڈی واضح ہوجائے۔ البتہ اگر چہرہ میں کوئی عیب بن جائے تو اس کے بقدر دیت ہوگی جب تک کہ وہ ہڈی واضح ہوجانے والے زخم کی نصف دیت تک نہ پہنچ جائے۔
Hazrat Sulaiman bin Yasar ka irshad hai keh chehre ke jis zakhm mein haddi wazeh ho jae yeh hukm mein sar ke us zakhm ke barabar hai keh jis mein haddi wazeh ho jae. Albatta agar chehre mein koi aib ban jae to us ke baqdar deet hogi jab tak keh woh haddi wazeh ho jaane wale zakhm ki nisf deet tak nah pohanch jae.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، قَالَ : « الْمُوضِحَةُ فِي الْوَجْهِ كَالْمُوضِحَةِ فِي الرَّأْسِ ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ فِي الْوَجْهِ شَيْنٌ ، فَعَلَى قَدْرِ ذَلِكَ ، يُزَادُ إِلَى أَنْ يَبْلُغَ نِصْفَ عَقْلِ الْمُوضِحَةِ »
