Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 27075

It has been narrated from Hazrat Zuhri that you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) have decided on one-third of the blood money for an internal wound in the stomach or head.

حضرت زہری سے روایت ہے کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے پیٹ یا دماغ کے اندرونی زخم میں تہائی دیت کا فیصلہ فرمایا ہے۔

Hazrat Zahri se riwayat hai ke aap ne pet ya dimaagh ke andaruni zakhm mein tehtai deet ka faisla farmaya hai.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ ، وَعَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ : « قَضَى فِي الْجَائِفَةِ ثُلُثَ الدِّيَةِ »
